Introduction
Through the years I’ve been blessed to teach and preach on a weekly basis. As a former minister I feel that I can relate to the unique challenges of those of you who choose to give your lives to this very special calling.

What follows represents some of the ways that I believe I can best serve you and hopefully make the load a little lighter. I consider you to be dedicating your life to one of the most challenging yet rewarding endeavors in which a person could be involved… but I also acknowledge that the challenges, at times, can be overwhelming. My prayer is that you find these materials helpful and that in some way they might ease your weekly burden. If I can be of further service, please let me know.

Senior Pastors (Free Sermon Outlines)
For your benefit I have written 13 full-bodied preaching outlines that can be accessed at the link below. These preaching outlines are for pastors only. For this reason, once you click on the link it will require you to furnish the following information in order to access these messages: Title, name of church, address and approximate size of fellowship. I ask this information for internal purposes only (I’m thinking I might want to inform you of any similar projects I produce at some point in the future). This information will not be sold nor will you be sent a steady stream of “junk mail.” I respect your privacy.

These outlines are written to supplement each chapter of the book and I’m offering them to you with the hopes that you’ll be involving your entire church in working through this series “together.”

I have labored to gather additional information so your fellowship won’t feel as though you are merely repeating what they have already read or discussed. You will find additional points of interest as well as quotes from other authors to help you best expound upon the themes in the book. At a minimum, I hope they serve as a good brainstorming tool in assisting you with finding fresh material to present.

These outlines are ready to “print and preach” or, if you desire, they are flexible enough for you to customize to your specific needs. I pray that you and your fellowship will be inspired by these messages.

Directors of Education/Youth Pastors/Small Group Facilitators
The products on this site have been developed with you and your members in mind. I’ve spent ample time conducting and training others to conduct small groups. I believe these smaller groups to be the lifeline of the local church community.

The challenge I had when I was in local ministry was finding a book and workbook that had enough material to make it easy for group leaders to facilitate yet also lively enough to keep the group interested for the duration of the study. I think you’ll find that the Furious Pursuit series does just that.

The questions in the workbook are designed to involve everyone from those who have thoroughly read the book to those who may be first-time visitors. To get more participation from the group, the strategy behind the workbook is to deal with some of the more real life issues we face rather than surface-level or hypothetical ones.

I’ve purposefully designed the workbook to be open-ended to allow for the greatest amount of discussion possible. I’ve also “clumped” together questions to try to appeal to a wider number of participants rather than just asking one question at a time and hoping something other than silence is heard! The idea is to get as many people participating as possible.

Lastly, I hope you’ll check out (and encourage others to check out) the Daily Audio CD that accompanies the workbook (Daily Audio CD). I’ve posted a few samples so you can get a feel for what it is and how it works. It’s a way for folks to begin to develop a daily spiritual focus and discipline.

In this Audio CD I walk participants through each of the daily workbook themes and share with them some of my own personal thoughts, struggles and victories along the way. It’s a way to help folks invest more deeply into this series and the principles behind it. Thanks for taking time to check all of this out – I’m eager to hear your feedback.
